It is the evolved form of Silver Chariot after being pierced by the Arrow. Aside from Gold Experienceit is the only other Stand known to have a Requiem form. Its most striking feature is that it is completely shrouded in shadows, appearing entirely black.
It wears a large hat, one side folded over its top, a coat over which Chariot Requiem sports large rings serving as shoulder pads, a stylized belt, and a trouser decorated with braces around the ankles. Bucciarati notes that Chariot Requiem is fully materialized and thus ordinary people can see and interact with it. Its design is based on the myth of a man wearing pitch-black, resembling Death visiting Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart W to commission the ultimately-unfinished Requiem that he would work on in his final days.
This Stand also is of unisex design. Polnareff died shortly after the arrow pierced the original Silver Chariotand, as a result, the Stand survived and moves on its own much like Notorious B. Chariot Requiem seems to be nearly mindless, generally walking straight forward and ignoring outside stimuli; however, it will attack anyone who tries to take the Arrow from it, having inherited Polnareff's priority of protecting it.
Polnareff himself describes the Stand as "berserk". It doesn't show any combat ability, yet can be considered one of the most dangerous Stands ever featured in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series due to its mastery over souls.
However, it possesses a hidden but critical weakness. Chariot Requiem is particularly resilient, being able to reattach detached limbs with ease as demonstrated when it reconnects its arm after it was severed by Sticky Fingers and Sex Pistols. Upon activation, Chariot Requiem puts every living being in a large area at least the entirety of Rome around it into a forceful sleep. If a body physically dies, the soul currently inhabiting it will die too. In this case, the previous owner is able to take over their own body, provided it is still suitable for life.
As Chariot Requiem is able to affect souls, it also affects Stands, as they are a reflection of the soul. The first known ability of Chariot Requiem is to greatly empower Stands, energizing them and making them more powerful than they were before the soul switch; it can reach the point where some Users can hardly control their Stands.
Secondly, Chariot Requiem can partially control Stands in order to protect the Arrow as it was commanded. Any Stand user who tries to take the Arrow or even affect it in the slightest will be attacked by their own Stand. Sentient Stands are shown to temporarily go mad and wish to kill their owners in a psychotic fashion as in the case of Sex Pistols' No.
With enough time, Chariot Requiem will begin to transform the souls of beings affected by its ability into the souls of unidentifiable, otherworldly beings, causing an accelerated body transformation. Polnareff comes to the conclusion that the true ability of Requiem is to switch the entirety of the people, animals, and plants of Earth with "something else".
The effect of the violent transformation appears to be painless, as those transforming continued their activities without noticing that they were physically changing. The Capcom fighting game marks the debut of Requiem in a video game. It appears as Polnareff's level 3 super combo move, where Silver Chariot gets shot in the head by an Arrow, and briefly transforms into its Requiem form. After the light emitted from the Stand fully engulfs the screen without interruption, the opponent is instantly put to sleep.
Requiem appears as the enemy faced in Chapter 21, as the player must defeat Requiem before it reaches the Coliseum's exit, taking control of Bucciarati in Diavolo's body. Requiem never directly attacks Bucciarati, only walking towards the exit without fail.
Defensively, Requiem summons a copy of Sticky Fingers that retaliates whenever the player tries to attack it. The copy can use all the attacks available within Bucciarati's arsenal. In Another Story mode, Chariot Requiem continues to use Sticky Fingers even if the player uses a different character for the battle.
Requiem appears as a stage hazard on the Part 5 stage, "Coliseum", holding the arrow. Those who enter its range will fall asleep and be left vulnerable to their opponent, having to rapidly shake the movement stick in order to awaken.
The orb of light that comes with Requiem will follow any of the four fighters, always being behind them. Hitting it once with temporarily vanquish Chariot Requiem for a moment. Sign In Don't have an account? Start a Wiki. Contents [ show ].

Some of the Arrows or fragments of Arrow-heads also bear influence on the events of Vento Aureo and Stone Ocean ; where further previous influence is detailed. Approximately 50, years ago, a meteorite crash-landed on Earth around an underpopulated region of Cape York WGreenland W.
Ina mineral excavation team uncovered an unknown virus within the rocks of the surrounding area and determined that it had been lying dormant inside the meteorite that hit Earth long ago. Despite extensive research, government doctors were unable to determine the alien virus' purpose outside the total elimination of human life.
Akin to the theory of evolution, it was discovered that certain people possessed a quality that would enable them to survive when exposed to the virus, additionally granting them supernatural abilities.
Several hundred years before the discovery of the virus, a man who wished to acquire the power of gods took the rocks and fashioned them into Arrows. These Arrows had since been lost until when an Egyptian ruins investigation team that included a young Diavolo uncovered six of them from underneath the Egypt desert. The Arrows were eventually stolen by Diavolo, who sold five of them to Enya the Hag.
The Arrows allowed the wielder to unlock Stand abilities in those who had the potential to awaken one, essentially acting as the aforementioned trigger. The Arrows fashioned from the meteorite will catalyze and awaken the Stand of any living creature they pierce. However, if the target lacks sufficient spiritual strength, they will die if the wound is fatal.
On the other hand, the Arrows normally only seek out and pierce those who can handle the strain to begin with. It is theorized that the meteorite sought out Earth through the will of its many strong spirits, rather than striking the planet by chance.
In certain cases, such as with Ken Oyanagi and Stray Catwith neither of them being exposed to regeneration or regenerative abilities, the wound caused by the Arrow will heal and leave a hole about the size of an average coin. The Arrow's effects are also transferable down bloodlines, generally without exception as the Arrow that pierced Jonathan Joestar 's body taken over by Dio awakened Stands in the rest of the Joestar familywith certain people without the necessary spiritual strength suffering from the strain such as Holy Kujo and Josuke Higashikata at the time.
A family member without the spiritual strength to control a Stand will be slowly overwhelmed by it as if they were suffering a severe fever as it happened with Holy Kujo and Josuke. When a Stand user is pierced by the Arrow, as in the case with Yoshikage Kirathe Stand in question gains a new power.
It should be noted, however, that in the only known example of this, the Arrow has had to move by itself and pierce the Stand user willingly.
If the Arrow pierces or cuts the Stand instead of the user, the Stand completely changes form and its powers become drastically greater than usual.
In the two instances where this form was achieved, Requiem was added to the end of the Stand's name. Gold Experience has been pierced twice by Arrows but only once did it evolve into a Requiem Stand; why this phenomenon happens and how it works is unexplained. It is possible to break an Arrow and render it ineffective. This is largely implied to be related to the insect-like carving on the flat face of an Arrow, which, if intact, will be usable.
It can even retain its effects and seek out potential Stand users in the form of an amulet that Jotaro gave to Jolyne, as long as the insect carving on its face is intact and it is able to pierce its target. Six Arrows have been revealed to date. Their subsequent provenance is outlined below:. A similar case happens in the alternate universe, in a desert along the trail of the Steel Ball Run.
In this case, a meteorite crashes into the desert and forms a mobile formation of land known as the " Devil's Palm " that would change location every time and was feared by the natives near the area.
As was the case with the Arrow, it was rumored that the "Devil's Palm" sought out future Stand users, and like the Arrow, imposed a heavy affliction upon them from which the person would survive and obtain a Stand.

In JoJolion, an unexplained phenomenon causes several people to acquire a Stand after being bitten by something, only leaving a bite mark. Add an image Keicho 's arrow, as seen in the film. Many of its features resemble the original Gold Experience, including the ladybugs on its hands and the oblong grooves across its body.
Its head extends into pointed tips with the back of the head hollow, giving it the appearance of a crown.
Its eyes have a unique design among Stands, with the 'eyeballs' embedded in cross-like structure within slanted sockets. It has an extended ridge collar on the back of its neck and several indentations and various other patterns covering its body.
When it first appears, it wears the Arrow on its forehead; which eventually falls to the ground. Gold Experience Requiem is presented as being primarily ivory white in most media featuring it, with brown, amber and violet features. Gold Experience Requiem speaks to Diavolo in the erased time normally occupied only by him and his Stand King Crimsonexplaining that it is able to operate independently of Giorno's consciousness.
It possesses the same voice as its user, Giorno Giovanna, but Gold Experience Requiem speaks in a rather mechanical and polite tone akin to a robot and similar to other Stands capable of speech. It expresses a desire to not only protect Giorno but also shares Giorno's morals and beliefs, looking down on and belittling Diavolo during their brief clash. The Stand counters the idea of Diavolo's arbitrarily-chosen "reality" the outcomes of King Crimson's ability by ominously telling him that he himself will never again come to the reality at the hands of its own power.
Gold Experience Requiem is a close-range Requiem Stand that boasts an incredible increase in both speed and power compared to its previous form. Gold Experience Requiem is powerful enough as a Stand that it permits Giorno to levitate with it. Due to its increased power, Gold Experience Requiem has the ability to fire a stone fast enough that it ceases to be visible to the human eye, and has enough power behind it to penetrate through a hand and destroy part of a building.
It is mentioned by Giorno himself that he is unsure of the exact workings and limits of GER's powers, but it has been shown that its range of influence extends from surface contact to even being in the mere attention field of GER.
If the opponent is attacked by Gold Experience Requiem, then they will also continuously experience death, as they will die but repeatedly return to point "zero": the point immediately before the process of death i. Through this ability, GER creates a new "reality", as it calls it, for Diavolo as a form of poetic justice for the many times the mob boss has manipulated reality to his advantage with King Crimson.
Despite its transformation, Gold Experience Requiem appears to have not only retained its life-giving abilities after evolving, but said abilities are noted to be vastly more potent compared to the original Gold Experience. With the range stat for GER being "null", does that not mean that golden experience requiem has a range as "infinitely" hOriginally, these were meteorites that contained an unknown virus within it that would kill most that tread near it.
Found again in by the young Diavolohe reshapes them into a set of arrows and sells them to an Enya Geilwhich awakens DIO 's Stand. Among them, six were sold off to varying consumers, which caused a string of reactions that would unlock various Stand users across the world both directly and indirectly.
Out of these six arrows, one holds a distinct design among the others, with a beetle design instead of a simple hole.
